OUR FAVORITE CHRISTMAS GIFTS

Our family was blessed beyond measure this Christmas. In this post I’ll be sharing some of our favorite gifts.

My absolute favorite things that Jordan got me this year is this anorak jacket from Target, this planner, this cup and these straws. I loved this perfume set from Target, but he also got me my all-time favorite scent from Tory Burch. He got me a pair of jeans, a new electric razor, and some of my favorite candy!

This Christmas I bought Jordan this cup, this shirt, a new Leatherman, and this super cheap (but one of my favorite) colognes. Some things not pictured were his beard shaper (here), some Good Fellow cologne from Target (here), this coffee cup, and this beard shaving bib that attaches to the bathroom mirror. We also treated ourselves with this new air fryer.

Kylan was my favorite person to shop for this year. He’s growing up so fast and was so deserving of some “big kid” gifts this Christmas. We got him a new phone, Amazon music, and ear buds. He has had an iPhone 6 for years and it was strictly used for calling and texting. No internet, no apps, no music- we felt like he just wasn’t ready for those things. After a few years of him being responsible with calling and texting, we wanted to show him that we trust him by getting him a new phone that will allow him more freedom. Granted, he is linked to our account so he has to request for permission before downloading any apps or browsing any websites which I love. All I have to do is click “approve” if I approve of it and if I don’t, he understands our reasoning. He got his first razor and some shave gel, a Derrick Henry jersey, and a Derrick Henry Funko Pop. He also got an Alex Caruso shirt, a Warriors jersey, a Klay Thompson Funko Pop and bleacher creature. He got this cool 3D basketball lamp, thermal pants, and twelve months of Xbox Live. The Xbox Live gift card is a gift that he gets every year, but he uses it on a daily basis so to us, it’s worth every penny.

Koby loves anything and everything Mario. We hit the jackpot with the Mario Brothers Nintendo Collectors box pictured above. We got the last one at our Target. The same night we bought it we found a 12” Kirby plush that he had been wanting to buy for awhile. Both of those things were left from Santa along with a Mario game for his Nintendo Switch. We wrapped the game pictured above, along with the Nintendo card and the Playing with Power book. He got this controller for his Switch and a Mario cube to hold his games. Koby loves M&M’s so his stocking was full of them- peanut butter ones, caramel ones, hazelnut ones, etc.

For a few months now, Klara’s favorite thing has been cookbooks. She loves looking at each page and writing down ingredients for our upcoming grocery list. She asked for cookbooks and cookware for Christmas so we ordered three cookbooks from Amazon and decided to finally purchase a cake pop maker. Every time I stop by Starbucks for a coffee, she gets a cake pop so I knew she would love it. We wrapped her cookbooks, a box of cake mix, sprinkles, and the cake pop maker. Santa left the horse stable, horse, and doll. She has been “wearing” makeup every day for a month now, so when she emptied her stocking and found “a makeup palette” she squealed with excitement! Her aunt Lisa got her a camera and a planner and she said, “Mama, I’m just like you now!” She has been snapping pictures and writing down the sweetest little things in her planner. Maybe you’ll be reading some of her own blog posts in a few years!

It was Lola and Ranger’s first Christmas and the kids said they must have been really good because they got so many fun things! My mom got them both some gifts, they opened the cutest set of Christmas toys that I found at TJ Maxx, and on Christmas morning their stockings were full. They both got a new collar, leash, a new toy, and they each got a bag of treats. Santa left them new food and water bowls, two bones, and a dog food container.

Whether it was a gift you received or a gift you bought for someone else, what was your favorite gift(s) this Christmas?
