NINJA SPECIALTY COFFEE MAKER REVIEW

When we were packing up all of our stuff to move into our new house, it really opened our eyes to two things. One, we had too much stuff. And two, we really needed to invest in some newer/updated appliances. A new toaster, an electric can opener, and new cookware are things that would be worth buying, but our coffee maker was the first thing we wanted to replace. After much discussion, we decided to order the Ninja Specialty Coffee Maker and we picked it up on May 16th. In the two months that we’ve had it, we have been very happy with the product. It has everything you need to make a restaurant style coffee. I’m an iced coffee junkie, but I enjoy an occasional hot cup a few times a week. This coffee maker makes it so easy to make both hot and cold coffees.

It’s pretty easy to operate, but because it’s an expensive machine, it took me a few uses to feel comfortable making a cup (or pot) of coffee. I love that it has a reusable filter and a removable water container. It makes for easier cleaning and we don’t have to purchase coffee filters or pods anymore.

I love that there’s a place for the measuring spoon so it never gets misplaced. This coffee maker has so many great features, but my absolute favorite thing about it is the frother.

There isn’t a lot of splashing when the coffee brews and every mug that I own fits perfectly. There are several options to choose from when making your coffee. There’s classic, rich, over ice, or specialty. There are 6 brew sizes and 4 brew styles.

It brews quietly and beeps when it’s finished so you know that it’s done. The keep warm option is a great feature to have. Most mornings my husband wakes up before I do and he makes a pot of coffee. With the keep warm option, I always have hot coffee when I wake up.

We have loved this coffee maker so far. I do worry about what will happen once the cleaning light comes on because according to several other reviews, once that happens the coffee maker seems to stop working properly. I will be sure to update this post every few months to hopefully be of some help to those of you who may be considering a Ninja Specialty Coffee Maker.

What is the best coffee maker you’ve had? How do you enjoy your coffee? Cream? Sugar?
