A few months ago I mentioned that I had purchased the Flamingo razor, shaving cream, and lotion. Today I’m going to share my thoughts and opinions on the products that I’ve been using.

My first impression of the razor was that it’s really cute. It’s actually the prettiest razor I’ve ever used. Most importantly, the razor and the cartridges are affordable, even for me. I’ve always used disposable razors because refill cartridges are so expensive, but with Flamingo all of their products are exceptional for the price. Also, the cartridges are SO EASY to replace. I get about 7-10 uses out of each cartridge before I feel like it needs to be changed, which is a little more than every 2 weeks with me shaving every other day. The flexible hinge and rounded edges of this razor are excellent features. I love that it came with a shower hook and two cartridges. The razor has a rubber grip which I love and it comes in a few different colors. All in all, the Flamingo razor gives me a smooth, close shave and I love the product. I give it 5 stars!

My favorite thing about the Flamingo shave gel is that it’s creamy enough to stay on wet legs. It’s so frustrating when you squirt shave gel into your hand to apply to your leg and having it fall off into the tub. The smell is pleasant, I like it a lot. I give the shave gel 5 stars as well.

The lotion doesn’t leave you feeling sticky and it’s not heavy or greasy. It has a subtle scent that isn’t my favorite, so I haven’t used the lotion more than a couple of times. However, because it is a light lotion that absorbs quickly and leaves my skin feeling soft, I give this product 4 stars.
