WHAT I EAT IN A DAY

This morning for breakfast I made avocado toast with scrambled eggs. It’s my favorite breakfast right now. I love to top it with Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel seasoning.

I had a cup of coffee while I watched the news, looked over my planner and made my to do list for the day. After that I made a cup of ice water. I am the world’s worst when it comes to drinking water, so I’ve started making a cup of ice water each morning and sip on it throughout the day. My goal is to drink at least four cups a day.

I wasn’t very hungry for lunch so I made a protein shake. This is when I take my daily vitamins as well.

For a mid day snack I love to have rice cakes with peanut butter and banana.

Other delicious ideas for topping your rice cakes are

  • Peanut butter, apple slices, and a sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Strawberries and cream cheese
  • Avocado and tomato with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. I love to add Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel seasoning

For dinner we had chicken and asparagus that my husband cooked on the grill.

For a snack I had one of these Sargento Sweet Balanced Breaks. This one is my favorite. I love the dried cranberries and banana chips!
