I have been so excited to share this post! Jordan built a desk for me over the holidays and finished it up over the weekend. He sanded it down, stained it, and white washed it. Unfortunately the original plans have been removed from the website that show each step, but I was able to locate these photos on Pinterest of the plans that Jordan followed.

He used Early American stain and gently white washed it.

I love how it turned out.

I couldn’t wait to go to TJ Maxx to pick out desk accessories. I purchased a distressed white picture frame for $4.99 and used a candle, some books, chocolates and roses from Jordan to add some personality to my special place.

I’m sure it will soon be covered with bible studying tools, my planner, pens, sticky notes, journals, and the kids school papers that need to be signed. I hope to get a Cricut soon and that will take this workspace to a whole new level.
