Today I want to share my favorite piece of our home with you!

Jordan put together this beautiful shelf, or nesting boxes, for me a few months ago. I am in love with how it turned out.

To think that this is what he started with is so awesome to me.

First, we used Minwax Early American stain.

Next, Jordan used Minwax Espresso stain to give it an aged look.

After it was stained, he white washed it. I can’t get enough of the vintage-like weathered look you get from white washing!

I love the character it gives to our living room.

I couldn’t wait to decorate this thing! We snagged a few things from TJ Maxx for under $20 and I added some of our books, candles, and photos and wah-lah!
